It's officially spring! I have a few challenges for you:
1. Ramp up your vitamin D levels. Go outside and get some sunshine.
2. Re-connect with friends and/or neighbors you haven't talked to in awhile.
3. Go to bed an hour earlier and get up an hour earlier. This time change is for the birds, and has wreaked havoc on our schedule.
